By using Cazzual you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
1. Service provider
The Service is provided by Cazzual S.A.S. (NIT 901.XXX.XXX-X), [Calle y número — completar], Bogotá D.C., Cundinamarca, Colombia [110XXX]. Contract contact: support@cazzualapp.com.
2. Eligibility
18+, one account, accurate information.
3. Free plan and Cazzual Club
Free plan
- Swipe: up to 30 likes every 12 hours.
- Discover: up to 5 likes every 24 hours; limited browsing.
- Save profiles: allowed; viewing saved list requires Club.
- Who liked you: aggregate counts; identities require Club.
- Global mode (worldwide discovery), Super Like and advanced privacy (incognito, hide distance/age): Club only.
Cazzual Club
Unlimited likes, global mode, see likes and saved profiles, Super Likes, advanced privacy. Auto-renews every 30 days; cancel 24 hours before period end via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds per Apple. On expiry, global mode and exclusive privacy settings are disabled.
4. No background checks
We do not conduct criminal background checks. Exercise caution in person.
5. Dispute resolution
1. Informal: support@cazzualapp.com — 30 days good-faith resolution. 2. Governing law: laws of the State of Delaware, USA (subject to non-waivable consumer rights). 3. Arbitration opt-out: within 30 days of first acceptance — email support@cazzualapp.com, subject "Arbitration Opt-Out".
6. Warranty disclaimer
Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" to the maximum extent permitted.
7. Liability cap
Greater of direct payments to Cazzual in 12 months or USD 100, except non-waivable rights.
8. Termination
Delete account in Settings. We may suspend for breach or risk.
