This Policy applies to Cazzual users in the United States and U.S. territories, designed to comply with CCPA/CPRA and comprehensive state privacy laws.

2. Information we collect

Account, profile, location (with permission), interactions, subscription via Apple, technical/device data. Sensitive profile fields only if you provide them.

3. How we use information

Service delivery (free tier with limits or Cazzual Club), safety, product improvement, communications (marketing with opt-in), legal compliance. Club-only settings (global mode, privacy controls) processed only while subscription is active.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CCPA/CPRA.

4. Your U.S. privacy rights

Know/access, delete, correct, portability, opt-out of sale/sharing (N/A — we don't sell), limit sensitive PI use, non-discrimination.

In app: Settings → Privacy & Data → Download / Delete account. Email: support@cazzualapp.com (include state of residence).

California (CCPA/CPRA): categories include identifiers, profile content, geolocation, inferences. Not sold. Shine the Light: we do not share for third-party direct marketing per Cal. Civ. Code §1798.83.

5. Children

18+ only. No knowing collection from minors.

6. Changes

Material changes communicated in-app or by email.
