By using Cazzual you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1. Service provider

The Service is provided by Cazzual S.A.S. (NIT 901.XXX.XXX-X), [Calle y número — completar], Bogotá D.C., Cundinamarca, Colombia [110XXX]. Contact: support@cazzualapp.com.

2. Eligibility

18+, one account, accurate information.

3. Free plan and Cazzual Club

Free plan

• Swipe: up to 30 likes every 12 hours.
• Discover: up to 5 likes every 24 hours; limited browsing.
• Save profiles: allowed; viewing saved list requires Club.
• Who liked you: aggregate counts; identities require Club.
• Global mode and advanced privacy: Club only.

Cazzual Club

Unlimited likes, global mode, see likes and saved profiles, Super Likes, advanced privacy. Auto-renews every 30 days; cancel 24 hours before via Apple Subscriptions. Refunds per Apple. Global mode and exclusive privacy settings disabled on expiry.

4. No background checks

Optional ID verification does not replace criminal background checks.

5. Dispute resolution

Informal resolution: support@cazzualapp.com (30 days). Governing law: Ontario, Canada, subject to non-waivable consumer protection laws. Quebec: Civil Code and consumer protection apply.

6. Warranty and liability

"As is" to the extent permitted. Liability cap per direct payments or CAD equivalent of USD 100, preserving non-waivable rights.

7. Termination

Delete account in Settings.
